My job starts with you: understanding your body’s movements and how you move, so I can offer you lesson plans or exercises exclusive to you, because no one moves quite like you.

Yoga by B will help you take your practice off the mat in order to help improve strength and mobility for your specific goals. It doesn't have to be yoga related. It could be for:

- running

- walking

- getting on your floor

- improving flexibility

- breathing better
